New plate size PSHE 6 used for the first time
Assembly Hall Extension (13.12.2011)
At the beginning of December Vahterus celebrated the topping out of its new Kuuantaka Hall in Kalanti. An extension to the welding and assembly hall finished a few years ago, the new hall is 1400 m2 in area.
The extension was needed as production increased. In the course of the coming spring, the functions of the welding and assembly hall will be fully reorganised and transferred to the new facilities.
In conjunction with the topping out ceremony, Vahterus celebrated the handing over of heat exchanger No. 30,000 to the client as well as the inclusion of the new PSHE 6 plate size in the Vahterus product family.
