Vahterus Oy operates on a flexible and customer-oriented basis, according to its business plan as a forerunner of welded plate heat exchanger manufacture. The company develops new technology and solutions to fulfil customer needs and requirements.

Vahterus aims to predict customer needs and react quickly when they change. Employees are encouraged to learn and discover new things, and they receive continuous training in order to remain up to date about the development of products and services as well as any changes in company objectives. 

To us, continuous improvement means constantly developing our operations and methods and maintaining developmental processes. A person will be appointed to take charge of development projects, goals will be set and the project will be carried out and results evaluated.

This operational policy supplements the existing operational system and is familiar to all personnel.
