production of the Plate & Shell family of products takes
place at the purpose built factory of Vahterus Oy in Finland.
Sophisticated & highly automated production technology is
used throughout the manufacturing process including use of robot
production lines. This ensures consistent quality and repeatability
in our products.
Our Production is fully standardised and linked to our in house
thermal sizing program which enables us to react quickly to customer
needs and keep manufacturing lead times to a minimum.
Manufacturing is carried out according to EN 729 Quality Control
and general tolerances are according to SFS-EN ISO 13920.
Welding procedures are in accordance with EN288-3 or ASME IX
